An Evening in Bloom: A dinner benefitting Thistle Farms
$185.00

Join us for An Evening in Bloom, a spring dinner benefiting Thistle Farms, hosted by The Collective Fare in collaboration with Banter Supper Club.

This intimate, communal gathering will honor the strength and resilience of Thistle Farms’ Residential Program graduates, while supporting their ongoing mission to provide safe housing, trauma-informed care, meaningful employment, and lifelong community for women survivors.

The evening will feature a seasonal, farm-to-table menu by chefs Hai Anh Dinh and Zac Powell Tolleson, highlighting the best of spring’s harvest and thoughtfully sourced ingredients from local farmers and producers. Dishes will be served family-style, encouraging connection, conversation, and a shared experience around the table.
